2nd File Not Showing Up in Plex

Player Version#: Plex

I have loaded all my films onto my QNAP TS 251D NAS, in some folders there are 2 files that make up the complete film: eg. the_name_1 and the_name_2 however, in Plex only the first part of the film shows up, i.e., the_name_1.

How do I get Plex server to recognise the 2nd part of the film and show it up in Plex so that I can play both parts?

There’s specific way such files must be named in order for Plex Media Server to recognize them as a single movie:
