3 Samsung TV's, One of them is consistently dropping the stream video from Windows 10 Plex Server

The player is consistently failing to play the file for more than 10 or so minutes on this one particular TV (whilst others do not have the problem). The play back from the server is across a wired network. Any help appreciated.
Server Version#: Version 1.40.1.8227

Player Version#:Samsung Tizen Player 5.64.1 (2019 Samsung Smart TV Series 7)

I don’t know how to send logs. here is a screenshot from the server console when the error occurs
