3 Server crashes in 4 days

I updated QNAP to QTS 5.0.0.1858 which may or may not be relevant. Also, my last Plex Server log’ entry was for Photo transcoder, but I have no photos in Plex.

May I have the WHOLE ZIP please?

Since it crashed, I don’t see the recovery nor any of the activities in any of the agents. That’s why I ask for the ZIP – so I can cross check.

Posters are photos. Photo transcoding takes the image on hand and puts it into the size needed for Plex/web or whichever app.

As for keeping it running?

I have a remote controlled :gun: pointed at mine :smiling_imp:

Restarting too quickly after commanded shutdown (Linux needs 15-30 seconds to close everything up on that processor)

As for crash? your logs are full 10.5 MB full with active transcode work or you commanding the restart.

I don’t understand the active transcoding as I do t believe anything was playing before the crash.

Just crashed again. I was optimising the database as I had just removed a label.
