3D MKV - Is it possible?

If I were to rip some 3d Blurays to MKV like I have for regular/2D movies...will this work through Plex?

Yes as long as you have a 3D TV to play them on.

You may have to change 2D to 3D mode on your TV manually however.

3D Movies work on my LG TV using the Xbox One App.  You do have to manually switch your TV into 3D Mode and select the proper encoding (SBS, TAB, etc)

If you do a straight rip into MVC you may need to look at converting that into another format though as most player's can't stream that format.  None of my players could play it so I converted all of mine previously so I don't have one to test.

I can't play vídeos in 3d mode  in Xbox one... even changing of 2d to 3d...

Need more info.

The file names must look like this Movie.3D.SBS.mkv or Movie.3D.HOU.mkv. My XBOX can play with my BenQ TH-681 3D movies.

That is not correct. That only applies for one specific 3rd-party client (the Samsung client).

You should name the movie just as normal, and when you play it back you manually switch from 2D to 3D on your TV. If that doesn't work we really need more info. For example, is it a side-by-side 3D movie you have? As in, do you see two almost identical images next to each other instead of a 3D image?
