3D SBS and file naming conventions

Server Version#: .29.1.6276

I have recently got a 1080p 3D projector and i’m trying to get plex to play back 3D movies (H-SBS). My projector has a setting for Auto in it’s 3D settings which should detect the 3D format and automatically turn on the 3D glasses via DLP and enable the correct 3D mode to project in.
I can play back 3D movies fine in plex but it always displays the 3D SBS movies as two separate sid by side images and i have to manually change over the projector. Is there a specific way i need to name the file to get plex to recognise it as a 3D movie and send the correct signal to the projector? I have tried for example Avatar (2009) 1080P H-SBS.mkv and it still doesnt do it automatically. I’ve tried changing the filename to Avatar (2009) 1080P 3D-SBS.mkv and still plex doesnt show it as a 3D film in the details, just says 1080P. What is the correct file naming convention for 3D movies for plex and also should i see an 3D tag on the movie info page in plex so I know it is detecting it as a 3D movie?

" Is 3D playback supported?

Yes. However, note that there is nothing special that the Plex app can do to instruct the television that a specific video is 3D. You will need to enable the appropriate 3D viewing mode on the television yourself."

To add, the file name will have no impact on this.
