4 out of 9 episodes not detected

With a correct naming scheme and permissions, Plex seems to find only the first 5 episodes out of 9 total.
In the logs I can see it finds 9 media files in the folder when scanning e.g. subtitles, but the filenames of the 4 non-detected episodes don’t appear anywhere in any logs.

Did you rename the files after they were scanned? (need to dance the media if so)
Are there any errors? (attaching full logs after a scan is helpful)

Oh wow, stupid me. I thought running ‘analyze’ on a show would scan for files of that show as well.
Running ‘scan library files’ globally fixed it.
