Thanks for the quick feedback here! Unfortunately this did not work. I’m still unable to connect to Plex Web App. I tried typing in http://[IPAddress]:32400/web, and it says “This Site Cannot Be Reached” “IP Address refused to connect.”

That worked! Yes! I will now only use the ip address site to get to the web app. Curious, why doesn’t the quick connect way work?
Got it, so just to be clear, when at home I should use http://[Your NAS IP Address]:32400/web to access via the web. When remote, I should use the quick connect URL? Thanks for all your help!

Hi all, I was able to figure this out by setting my IP modem into bridge mode and then retrying the port forward. All good now! Thank you both for your help!
