Server Version#: 1.32.3.7162-b0a36929b
Player Version#:
Plex has been rock-solid for me for a few years now. I recently updated to the latest version and can no longer access the server from devices on the same LAN (Roku, iPad, etc.).
Plex is running on my Window’s Server 2019. When I right-click on the Plex icon in the tray, and select “Open Plex…” A browser window (Firefox for me) opens and displays the following message:
“401 Unauthorized”
The URL generated by the button click is (literal token value masked):
http://127.0.0.1:32400/myplex/launch?X-Plex-Token=local-2b7058d7-e8a6-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
I have tried this in IE as well and get the same error. Have tried clearing my cache and checking for a PIN, which I don’t have.
Interestingly, I can get to the server settings by using THIS URL:
http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html#!/ But none of my Roku devices will log in.
I have looked on the web for a solution, but I cannot find a topic that relates to my install.
Thanks in advance for the help.
