I have the same problem
No guide data downloading. 404 error on connection.
There is definitely something wrong. In addition to the 404 errors, I was also getting “database schema has changed” errors on the Plex Server running on Windows 10.
So, just for fun, I installed a CentOS VM, and installed Plex Server on it. I turned on debug logging, and I am only getting 404 errors:

On this instance of Plex Server on the CentOS VM, after running Guide update, it gives me less than 3.5 hours of data. Last run at 15:39 ET, and there is nothing on the Guide after 19:00 ET today.
Has anyone acknowledge this problem yet?

Update:
Almost the same thing.
I was able to pull 11% after I remapped the channels about 5 times and changed to a different vendor(direct-tv). Still only getting about 12 hours of data. who knows if it will update before the 12 hours run out.
Three days later and plex has now acknowledged the issue:
Yuck. Back to guide updates exiting at 12% with 404 errors.

Isn’t this embarrassing as I try to prove we can dump satellite by cutting the cord and move to something such as Plex. Even more embarrassing is how long this appears to have been a problem before it was noticed and moved to “Oh, crap” mode. I’ve seen it argued before here that Plex is a “small company” with fewer resources, blah blah blah. I mean, how small are you to have missed something this obvious for, what, 8 days? Maybe more? ;/
Still not fixed for me. Get up to 4% followed by “EPG[onconnect]: Failed to load EPG.”. Same result on both my freenas and shieldtv Plex server installs.

Same here VonBrick, I did the same think about 2 weeks ago. My wife is a bit pissed at me now…can’t say I blame her:(
I’m glad I saw this now. I have been having the same issue for a while now (to the point where I had to ditch Plex and get a cable box to keep the wife happy). I thought maybe it was just my setup so I tried to troubleshoot the issue for a while.

Also wanted to note that running new server/player versions. Hopefully this is not a new regression but due to how integration works between tmsapi.plextv and gracenote rest api’s.

The above state is not true it still not working for me
Still having problems updating the guide data. It gets to 16% and then stops. It is better than last night but still not working correctly.
