Tested again a few minutes ago and update completed.
Any response from Plex as to what is actually causing the problem?
Sadly it appears that the automatic updates are still failing. Today’s data is incomplete on my epg (there should be 9 channels and the data is not accurate):
Manual update corrected the data.

It is possible to get your logs so we can find out why the auto-update failed. (You can PM them to me)
As far as the issue it was a combination of an error at gracenote and those errors getting incorrectly cached. (so they kept returning after gracenote issue fixed)
