HI guys I have a serious problem I got a recent update to my PMS today & after I installed it I got a error message saying that I can not acces my server anymore I don’t know what happened I uninstalled it from my cloud page & it still occurs so I don’t know what to do anymore.
do you guys have any solution on what to do I think the whole updated was not good at all cause all the previous updates that I did were all good
I have the same model and I updated mine today too. Everything works fine. I believe your installation got corrupted. If reinstalling doesn’t work, I think you will have to delete the server folder and start over. Just a guess.
I already did that still no luck it doesnt seem to connect to the plex website anymore
and that’s through my WD EX2 NAS
I deleted my server & reinstal Plex again & yet it still occurs idk what to anymore so if anyone else has a suggestion plz feel free to help
What do you mean? That you are able to open plex page but then you get an error? Or it doesn’t even open? https://ip:32400
Do you know how access the nas using ssh? If yes what’s the output of netstat -an ?
I mean once I open plex through the apps folder on my WD NAS i try to press configuration & then it says: Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
I wont be able to get though my PMS at all now once I did the update yesterday
& no idk how to to acces the NAS using ssh you have to explain that to me
the IP link that you send also doesnt work it says the same thing that it can not acces my PMS
