404 not found Windows 10

Yesterday I started experiencing 404 not found issues on my Windows 10 computer.
url: http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html

I’ve tried rebooting my computer with no change in status. However cellphone, tv, ect throughout my residence locates and plays media without issue.

Issue resolved. I downloaded and installed over current application. Happy Joy Deja Vu
