Choosing open plex opens browser to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html
404 Not Found
http://localhost:32400/web/index.html and http://192.168.x.x:32400/web/index.html produce same result.
Was working fine earlier, suddenly quit.
Windows 10 pro 22H2 32 gigs ram 13TB storage.
PlexMediaServer version 1.40.5.8921-836b34c27 x86_64
Restarted windows, no change. Reinstalled plex three times, no change.
https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/ works fine.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I solved this issue by comparing files with an old hard drive that I had mirrored.
In C:\Program Files\Plex\Plex Media Server\Resources there is a folder named Plug-ins-[random hex code]
This folder got removed, how? I don’t know. But restoring this folder from the old full backup fixed the issue.
