Server Version#: 1.41.3.9292 running on Windows 10 PC.
I am not able to Open Plex on the PC that is running the Plex server.
With the server running, there is a PLEX icon in the Task Tray. Right clicking on it gives an option for Open Plex…. This opens the browser to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html which returns a 404 not found error. This used to work before. Some update must have caused this to happen and I have not changed anything on this PC. I know that the server is running fine as I can access the server remotely from another PC using the PLEX Player app as well as from my iPhones.
One additional problem I have noticed is that the library is not updating when I add a new folder to my TV show library. I clicked on Update Library for this TV show channel multiple times and this newly added folder is not showing up in the library of this channel after the update is completed.
Any suggestion of what to do will be greatly appreciated.
