It has nothing to do with firmware. Plex worked with Panasonic to check if our app worked on their devices. The list we have is what Panasonic told us worked so those are the models we check for. Whether the FXW754 is the same as the FX780E and if our app works on there or not, is not up to Plex to decide. If you think these are the same and Plex should work the same, you’ll need to reach out to Panasonic.
