4K movies not playing on my Nvidia Shield and 4K Firestick

Hello, For some odd reason, I’m no longer able to stream 4K movies.

My Plex web server is on my Windows 10 PC. I’m hardwired to my router and I’m averaging 945 download speed and 190 upload speed.

I’m using Plex on 2 TV’s. My upstairs TV is a 1080 P Samsung, with a Nvidia Shield connected. My downstairs TV is a 4K with a 4K Firestick connected.

I’m noticing that since last week or so, when I’m streaming 4K movies, there’s a long delay before the movies starts. And within minutes, the movie will buffer and pause. This is happening on both devices. While running 1080 P movies, there’s no issue.

On my PC, I can watch 4K movies without any buffering. Therefore, the issue must be a setting within Plex.

Any ideas or solutions?
