4k playback always transcodes

Hello,

I have an issue with 4k playback. I am running on a 4k roku ultra connected to a 4k uhd tv. If i force direct play, all 4k video plays fine with out transcode. In most cases without audio, which i expect because my system cant handle 7.1. That being said if i turn off force and choose auto, the server decides it needs to transcode both audio and video instead of just audio. This causes an unnecessary load the system cant handle. If anyone could recommend anything that would be great. Behavior repeats itself on my tcl roku tv with 4k uhd as well.
