4k Streaming, some work others doesn't

Server Version#: 1.18.2.2029
Player Version#: 4.5.1 Samsung TV

Hi! I just bought a 4k tv and started adding 4K media to my NAS server and I’m having trubbel geting some of them to work.
Below i have two different files, the top one work but the bottom one dose not and i can’t figure out why, i get an error msg “This server is not powerful enough to convert video”

The video is probably transcoding. Transcoding 4K is very compute intensive, and your system may not be strong enough.

Make sure subtitles are turned off. PGS and VOBSUB subtitles force a video transcode. SRT will direct play unless audio is also transcoding, in which case they force a video transcode.

Choose an AC3 or AAC audio track if possible (an audio track that will direct play). TrueHD and dts will transcode.

all your answers are there somewhere.

I am guessing the first one you have above has DTS or other 5.1 audio.

the second one has TRUEHD which will not work on your tv and must be transcoded. Audio transcoding + subtitles = video transcoding.

Care to elaborate and explain your solution for the benefit of the next people with the same issues?
