Hi Everyone,
I have a PLEX Server and as of now starting to give 4K content.
Server Setup:
Ryzen 1700 3.8GHZ
RX580
32GB RAM
For some reason it keeps buffering and I can’t find a clear issue that is causing it.
Any tips?

The client you’re watching on would be a help?
PC, LG 4K TV, or Chromecast ultra. All same issue
New problem is, I converted the 4K Movie to H264 Encoder level 4.1. Stream says Direct Stream. But any device still buffers every minute. Even when I changed it to 120 Seconds buffering. Im really out of options here.
