Are auto-created collections not stored locally? Because I found them open significantly slower than my manually-created collections. It act as if it’s fetching something from the internet each time I open one.

I was unable to edit the sorting order of one specific auto-generated collection(the “Alien Collection”). Each time I change it it would revert back on its own after a few minutes.
Assets are stored locally but may need to be fetched if the poster or art isn’t yet downloaded, this should only happen once per collection. If you’re seeing strange behaviour with this having some logs would be useful (Settings → Troubleshooting → Download Logs).
That’s not something I can reproduce on my end and can’t exactly see how it would happen, logs again may help diagnose this.

After checking the log I think I have an idea of what’s going on. Looks like it’s a character encoding issue.
I use Chinese as my library language, it looks like at least in the log, all Chinese collection/movie titles are garbled, which made plex to save/read metadata incorrectly. I think this is an exclusive bug with Asian language encoding.
I’m not sure if that’s the case though, please take a look at the log.
