Is really a shame that we, a lot of users, are experiencing trouble when trying to watching our media using Plex on Samsung Tvs and Plex release an update with basic cosmetic changes. Is like they saying out loud “we don’t care for you!”
Firstly, you don’t need to start a new thread about playback issues, you can keep it in the existing playback issues thread.
Secondly, we’re aware of the issues, we’re trying to figure it out with Samsung.
Thirdly, we have multiple things being worked on by multiple people. Just because we released a feature or design updates, doesn’t mean we dropped everything else to do so.
Lastly, we do care for you.
I created this thread because to me sounded like you guys had move on from this subject.
Was released an update saying that the issue was fix (what was not). I never saw a Plex dev answer on the thread after that, then was released a new version without even mentioned about the issue.
I think if you guys post more in the threads make the users more confident, even if the reply is about have not found a solution yet.
Read your answer now makes me more comfortable and happy, because now I know you guys don’t move on and are working on this issue.
