I installed the server on the my WD EX2 ultra
And that’s the message I get

I have a PR4100 and got the same message. Can’t find any support on the web.
If someone knows something let me know!!
That looks like a public IP address to me. Try putting your NAS in a private network behind a router.

I fixed it !!!
This is what I did:
I had connected my NAS to one of the ports on my fiberrouter (the main box) with all of the other unites on my network = No PLEX MEDIA SERVER on my network…
I took the old DIR-655 broadband router and hooked onto my fiberrouter. This made a new network with ip 192.168.0.1-255. (standard setting from d-link)
I connected the WD NAS and my pc to THIS network (remember to have internetaccess before you go any further).
The PMS was then found right away and it all was fine.
(Maybe if you have a network called 192.168…1-255 you may change to 192.168.1.1-255)
Now I’m happy!!
