Since I changed to my new R7000 nighthawk router, the plex app on the NAS cannot find my server. I followed the guidelines under “where is my server”, but to no avail. please assist.
Is your router using the same network settings i.e. 192.168.0.x as before and is the nas server on the same IP address as before?

But can you give some more info.
Is the plex app android,ios?
Are you using the plex app external to your network. I.e. port forwarded and ofsite
Does plex web work internally?
I.e. can you see your server from another device on network.
Might be stating the obvious above but just trying to help
I cannot find the plex server when I am signed into Plex on the server. I don’t have port forwarding etc. I cannot see the plex server from other devices on the network. No VPN. I don’t know how to fix the problem. thanks
