The A-Z bar is missing from my movie library. Any suggestions as to how to recover it?
Which Plex app are you using?
Forgive me but I’m unsure how to tell. I have the Plex app on my Samsung tv. I can also sign in on my laptop, iPhone and Mac computer. My entire library has been downloaded and visible in the appropriate files. Movies, tv shows, etc. in the past when I selected the movie category all of my 4205 movies were visible with the A-Z bar in the right. Recently that bar has disappeared.
Okay not sure but found previous answer while looking on my phone. I just signed in on my Mac computer and went under general and found version 4.28.3
Are you sorting / filtering the movies?
The A-Z only shows if you’re viewing the Library by Title.
It does not show if you’re sorting by release date, resolution, etc.
It also does not show if you pick one of the categories on the Recommended tab (Recently Released, Recently Added, etc).

Yes I am viewing by title. I even tried to switch viewing to release date then switch back again to see if that would trigger the A-Z bar to return but still nothing.
