A...Z navigation bar now missing

Hi!

The A…Z letter vertical navigation menu recently disappeared. No matter what I do, it fails to return.

This problem happens on Plex Web. No other Plex apps/devices appear to be effected.

I have plenty of videos in all my libraries, spread across many different letters.

In fact, I really dislike two crucial aspects of the A…Z convenience menu: Please stop trying to implement logic that hides the menu. Other than the user explicitly configuring the app to hide the menu, I always want to see the menu. Don’t try to be “smart” and hide the menu when you think too few videos are present. I’ll be the judge of how many videos are too many / too few. This logic appears to be buggy, as the menu is now entirely missing from Plex Web.

Refreshing the browser tab has no effect.

Rebooting the server has no effect.

Could you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing. The A-Z navigation bar was not removed.

The jump list only makes sense when the movie list is sorted by Title.
That’s why it is not shown with other sorting criteria.

Indeed, the movie list is sorted by Title. Yet the alphabet navigation menu is missing.

The filter has to be set on All as well. It has always been this way, though I understand where you are coming from as filtering on Unwatched for example keeps things in Alpha order. I’ll make report but can’t make any promises.
