It’s been about a month now that I’ve been experiencing this issue where video files with the AC3 format will drop for a moment every few minutes. It’s not consistent in frequency of drops.
This is a new issue happening with videos that I’ve watched before without issue in this current setup.
I’ve read up on multiple forums and made many changes, but none have resolved the issue. There was one post which seemed close to the issue I’m encountering and setup, but was unable to resolve by applying the changes.
All equipment is hardwired into a gigabit router.
Here’s the equipment and current settings information.
