Accents and non-English characters replaced by "?"

Hi,

Can someone explain or point me to a solution on setting up my plex so that non-English accents and characters appear correctly? In the screenshot below for e.g., I would like to see “Frère Jacques” or “Il était une fermière” instead of question marks where bolded.

Note: my server is on Synology DS1817+ NAS.
