I installed plex to a 2nd computer. I am able to access the library from computer #1 on the plex server when in windows. I am unable to create a new library from computer #2 while in the plex server for windows. I am unable to see anything on computer #2 while in the plex server for windows in computer #2. How to I get plex to recognize computer #2 (the computer I am running Plex on), and add the library from the HD in computer #2?
Make sure to finish the setup of your new server by accessing it locally through the bundled version of Plex Web. If you’re on the same machine, often http://127.0.0.1:32400/web, otherwise use http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web.
This should bring up the setup wizard where you can name the server, link it to your account and (optionally) create the first set of libraries.
I appreciate the help, but please clarify:

a. I do not know what you mean by “new server”. Do you mean the newly installed plex server on computer #2?
b. How do I access it locallyt through the bundled version of Plex Web, and what is the bundled version of plex web?
c. I do not know if you intended me to do so, but I cut and past the “http://127.0.0.1:32400/web” in the ip address in my brower, and it does not come up, says server not found.
d. you said “otherwise use http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web.”
I do not know what that means. Can you clarify?
