  • Detail on the media file if it is an issue related to playing a media file - I choose Movies or Television, and it goes to the screen to display whatever content I might have in either collection, and "Accessing Trailers" sits there, I've left it at least 10 minutes. I installed the cert using iPhone Configuration Utility. The Plex library, prior to selecting Movies or Television, shows my library scrolling past, so I guess it sees it, but cannot display it for some reason...Log is below.  Also, all outgoing & incoming ports are open in the windows firewall, and python is allowed. Any help would be appreciated.

If you are still having issues set log level in settings.cfg to "High" (note the capital H) and post a new log.

Loglevel is set to High already, see config above. Also, python.exe is allowed in the outbound rules in the firewall.

...this is NOT the log (as in PlexConnect.log), but the terminal output, right?

Please attach/link to the file, it contains more data points.

Thanks

Bump.

Since your aTV already has contact to PlexConnect/PMS it's not a Cert issue...

Did I understand you correctly, that you WON'T see the movie list? The last XML in the logs should be the movie posters with "recently added", "recently released". Is that the one you don't get?

Please do me a favor, create a fresh section in PMS, add a couple of movies (about half a dozen?) and try again. I didn't find anything  offending in the log so far...
