Account Hacked.

Someone took over my account and changed my email to their email. I have no idea how it happened but now I can’t get access to my original account. Please help someone!

You should have gotten an email notice that your email was changed. with a link to change it back if not your doing

I did get that email but when i clicked the link and copied the code it said link expired.

Need to contact billing via the link above if you have not. If your other account has a subscription especially, they will need to confirm a few things for security reasons.

I contacted support and got this response from a guy named Chris

I just took a look at your [xxxxxxxxx) Plex account for you. There is no Plex Pass subscription on that account, nor has there ever been one. That account was created only 21 days ago.

Your xxxxxxxxx PayPal transaction is associated with the Plex Pass subscription on the [kdavis94@students.solano.edu] Plex account. To make use of the subscription, simply sign in to that Plex account. Apologies for any confusion.

Did you tell him you thought it was “hacked” in your original communication with them? Lots of folks have multiple accounts and sign into the wrong one.
