I installed the free Plex Server on my PC.
I liked the product and paid for a plex pass using a different username/email address.
I can log into server web interface and serve movies to my amazon fire when logged into server with free account.
However, I cannot access the server web interface when logging into server with paid plex pass account.
Please help!
sign into the server with your old (free) account.
Go to Settings - Server - General
Sign out of your Free account
Sign the server in to your new Plex Pass account.
It will complain about authorization after you do.
You will need to coordinate this with your browser as you do… Once you sign in to the server with your new Plex Pass account, sign the browser out of the Free account and sign back in with your Plex Pass account.
You must distinguish between logging in to the web browser
and
signing in the server to a plex.tv account.
Do the following:
Log in with your free account
go to Settings - Server - General and ‘Sign Out’ your server from the old plex.tv account
then sign it in to your new account.
Then log out from the web browser and log in with your new account.
