Account not getting emails

At my wits end on this one. I am trying to add my sons plex account to my server. He has an @outlook.com address.

I believe I created a plex account using my sons email address and don’t know the plex account password. I have access to his outlook.com address - just saying this so it doesn’t look scammy :). I have hit forgot my password at plex.tv with his address 20 times over a couple months and he never receives an email from plex to reset it.

If I go to create a new account and use his email address it says that account already exists.

Is it possible that someone has his email address as their user name but has a different email address that password resets are sent to?

I should also point out that I have checked the junk mail folder and all the folders - this outlook account was only created so I could create this account.

Please send me the used email address per PM.

A previous email to that address (on 2018-07-24) bounced as “mailbox unavailable”, so from then on, no mail was sent out anymore.

The email address has been unlocked now manually.
Try again to request a password reset. Make sure the mailbox is ready and not over some quota.
