Password reset email never arrives

I need to reset the password for another Plex account, but the password reset email never arrives.
I’ve confirmed I’m able to receive email to that account without any issues (it is a Plex account created directly with a email account).
I also have the previous password for the account if that helps.
The previous account is associated with the email [email removed by moderator].
I can provide more details over PM as necessary.

Did you create this email address only after creating the account?
Because already the first email from plex bounced back, so that further emails to this address have been stopped.

550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS(201806281) [ SY4AUS01FT006.eop-AUS01.prod.protection.outlook.com ] error.

The address has now been removed from the bounce list.
Please try to request a password reset once again.

Yeah, that looks like what happened.
I don’t know why an account was made without an email address first; I made the email account after to receive the password reset link, looks like it got blocked already by then.
