I am trying to reset the password for my Plex account (not associated with this account – I had to create a new one just to ask for help), but I am not receiving a password reset email to my inbox.
I’ve confirmed that I don’t have any Plex related addresses on any block lists, and I have confirmed that my email address is receiving emails from other sources. Please help.
The email bounced back in January ( 550 5.1.1 < d**************e >: Recipient address rejected: Address does not exist),
so it got placed on the “bounce list” and Plex intentionally doesn’t send emails to any address on that list.
It’s now removed from the bounce list, but you need to make sure 100% that the address is correctly accepting emails before requesting another reset.
