Hey there, so my account was stolen yesterday and I got it back today. I’m trying to invite the users I had given access to before, but it keeps failing saying it can’t send the invite. It’s doing this for all users. I’m assuming it’s due to them already having access. Any idea how I can get them access again?
Write back to Plex and explain the issue. Something probably got messed up on your account and only they can fix it.

You should see all your friends under https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/users-sharing
Which is where you can “edit” them and grant access to the server/library(s) as needed.
