To an extent, this may be down to me but the lack of resolution options is down to Plex. I have had to create a whole new email identity just to be able to post this!
The problem is that I wanted to change an email address and did so on the server but somehow, there was a mismatch with clients and the web page which stopped everything talking to each other. In short, I have spent days trying to reset passwords, delete accounts etc. but even requesting a password reset notification isn’t coming through. When I try to log in, I get messages about the user ID already having been taken!
So, to clear this all up and start again, is there a way of completely deleting the two e-mail accounts/addresses that I have been using?
