Acting like there are no subtitle files

Okay, so this entire season, each episode has two SRT files and one ass file, but once the video starts playing in the Plex iOS app, it acts as if there are no subtitles. And then, if you use the search feature to find something on open subtitles, it will act as if it’s letting you do it, but the subtitles still don’t show up.

If I open Safari on the same device and watch using the web app, the subtitles work just fine, the subtitles also work just fine on android, chromecast, and fire stick.

Possible to get your iOS logs after doing what you did in video? What version number is your server and the iOS app on your device? (feel free to message them to me)

Jesus Christ it just started working again. It’s been doing this for 2 days straight, I’ll come back with info if it starts again.
