I can’t watch any movies or shows, Plex continues to say I have too many active streams but I’m only running it on my phone. How do I fix this?
Are you downloading any media to the iPhone Plex app in parallel?
IIRC those downloads count against the number of allowed streams if the server owner has set such a limit.
