Why can’t i stream on my phone any more.

You might need to share some more details – this question is quite vague so nobody who’s willing to help will be able to give you much of an answer.

Maybe let’s start with…

  • what kind of phone is that (e.g. iOS, Android, Windows mobile…)?
  • what version of the Plex app have you installed on your phone? → this is assuming you’re using the native app and don’t stream through a mobile browser
  • is there any error message when you try streaming media?
  • are you streaming from a local server, a shared library or some of the Plex online media sources?
  • can you still stream ok from another Plex app?

To many active streaming devices - but its just me
Cant watch on either my phone or iPad

Have you set a restriction on how many streams are allowed per user?
Settings > [Server Name] > Network > Remote streams allowed per user

IIRC downloads are considered as such an active stream (same as you streaming media to an app). Therefore, removing/increasing that threshold or cancelling the downloads should unblock your streaming situation.
