Activity logs LOTS of deleted Movies - but they're not!

in my activity log I’m seeing a lot of movies report as deleted but the Movie names remains a link, clicking on it will take me to the movie which will then play.
Version 1.4.3.3433

Do I need to be concerned?

I’m also seeing a lot of what look to be extras being processed:
5:39 PM fysmd started playing Joe on Plex Web (Chrome).

Just to be sure, do you intentionnaly delete the movies from the plex client? Or the file?

Usually i need to empty the trash from plex client before the media is fully removed.

I’m sorry, I should have said that I’ve not deleted anything - the files are still on the disk.
I’m seeing the same things logged from a plex server running locally (on the NAS, Unraid) and on a separate server which mounts the same storage remotely.

None of my media has been removed, it’s all still there and is accessible t both plex server instances.
This only started since I updated to the current PlexServer release.

Are you using the DVR feature? You might be seeing entries for the EPG and not your actual library.

Yes, using DVR - this may explain the other odd entries.
No media has disappeared but I dont see any ADD notes after the deletes.

I’ll upgrade now.

Upgraded to 1.4.4 and not seen anything similar since, seems to hit:
(Media Analysis) Excessive logging analyzing certain files. (#6339)
