Is there any way to turn down ad quality vs video quality? When we use Plex movies, it’s practically unusable with the ads as we wait 10mins before video resumes again due to buffering. The videos otherwise play fine and we only have this issue with Plex. It’s like the ad quality isn’t adjusting for speed and just playing Max quality.
Could you tell which client type you were using to watch?
Do you use a VPN?

I use Plex on the fire tv. It is up to date fully. I do not use VPN.
