Original quality, buffering issues

Since few days I have trouble playing content via the webapp with the Original quality setting, the movie is buffering for like 5mn then stop and I have to reload the page to make it buffering again.
Don’t seems to happen with converted quality, does happen with multiple files.

I tried with a local machine and a distant one, exact same thing.

Anyone ? Can I force converted quality on the server to bypass at least ?

I’m paying for this service and it doesn’t wok, and I cant contact the support because support question should be asked here, is this scam ?
