Add DVD Disc Library to Plex Library.

Simple start to add external/offline content to Plex's Library
I was wondering if anyone could come up of a way of integrating this idea directly into Plex's code.
I hope it gets someone thinking.
I like the idea and this seems to be currently working for me, but I'm sure there could be a better way to do this within the code.
