Through the Plex WebUI, you are able to go into a Music library, then filter based on “Folder Location” and filter based on root folders added to that library. Currently, this option is missing from both the PlexAmp Android app and the Windows app. I’m not sure if this is available on other platforms.
Further, when using the PlexAmp app to edit a playlist made with this filter, it will display the error “An error ocurred, and we feel terribly about it” and the only option is a “Reset” button which restarts the app.
The PlexAmp apps should have all the filtering functionality that the WebUI has, including not only the “Folder Location” filter, but any others that may be currently missing.
