When I try to edit any of my libraries, on three different servers, the Add Folders item is non responsive. I click it and nothing happens. The General and Advanced items work fine, but nothing I do gets a response out of Add Folders. The web version is 4.28.1 and I’ve tried both Chrome and Firefox with identical results. Two Ubuntu 18.04 servers and one Raspian PI, all the same.
Please recreate this then immediately -
download the Plex logs (ZIP file) and attach it here

It should be printing an error code in the logs.

It’s a Plex/web - Browser problem.
Which browser is being used?
Are there any popup blockers / script restrictions active?
Tried Chrome and Firefox. Linux laptop (ubuntu 18.04). Will try Chrome from an ipad and Android phone and see if that works.

For reference, answer to your pop up blocker/script restrictions question is no, not as far as I know. This laptop has been used multiple times to configure library sections, so it worked in the past but clearly browser updates since then have borked something.
