Unable to add or edit libraries at all

Player Version#:Plex web 4.108.0
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version and beta, restarting my PC, turning VPN off and using localhost and the online portal to access it, I deleted the folder for Plex in app data/ local, and now I have no libraries and still can’t add new ones, it gets stuck on the first page, there’s no language drop down where there should be and I can’t hit next to add folders or anything. Please help it was working fine a week ago and I just paid for a Plex pro lifetime

Try disabling your VPN if you have one. If not you may have to roll back your server version Unless this is a new install you should have some older versions in your updates folder

I already tried disabling my VPN, sadly still same issue. It’s a new install so I don’t have any previous versions to rollback to
EDIT I downloaded version 1.32.4.7195 and I still have the exact same issue

Any ad blockers running in your web browser? If so, try turning it off. If that works, you’ll need to figure out how to tell the ad blocker to allow Plex.

No, I disabled them all. I also tried in chrome instead of edge and still the same exact issue

UPDATE: After looking in the logs I saw something about “couldn’t create plugin process: 740” I googled that and it said something about admin privileges. Apparently my PMS wasn’t running in admin mode, and starting it that way fixed the problem it seems
