So on the plex Webb app and the Windows player we are unable to switch between a grid view and list view for folders, why is this?
It would be great for me who have hundreds of family videos categorised in folders for years, months, trips to navigate through a folder grid instead of having to awkwardly go through a list that isn’t very intuitive and clashes with how it works on mobile and on my smart TV where it is much more intuitive to navigate to where I want to go and is much nicer of a view.
It would just be nice to be able to choose for myself how it looks.
There’s already an existing feature suggestion asking for Plex to add (return) grid / poster display mode to folder view. Please comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes. Unless I’m missing some unique aspect of your suggestion I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.
