Add locally modulated channel to EPG for access

I have a couple of locally modulated clear QAM channels (111.1 & 122.2) broadcasting thru my cable and HDHomeRun sees them and so does Plex. Trouble is those channels being local have no EPG channel guide data so, I am unable to watch those channels within Plex (which seems to require an EPG to enable watching). How do I get Plex to access those channels? Either with a fake EPG (like my TVs see) or some other way?
