Which model? Control Panel → Info Center → Model name.
Which version of DSM? Control Panel → Info Center → DSM version.
EDIT: Is this the same DS918+/DSM 7.2 from your October 2025 thread?
If so, is Plex no longer working correctly on the NAS, did you remove & re-install Plex, etc.?
Just trying to understand the situation.
