You can currently natively change stations and schedule recording using your voice with Alexa when you become part of the live tv list under Settings>live tv within the alexa app. Currently cable providers and other apps like xbox natively support the ability to do this without calling them by name after selecting them as the provider. It would be ideal if Plex could get on this list for further integration and improve the experience even further. Then you could just ask alexa from any screen to tune to whatever station or network.
I know I have done a terrible job explaining but hopefully it makes some sense.
